Well, tonight's going to be make it eight months injury-free. I've been thinking a lot about this milestone, as well as my history with injury.

I started reading a book titled Bodily Harm: The Breakthrough Healing Program for Self-Injurers by Karen Conterio and Wendy Lader.

They are the directors of the SAFE (Self Abuse Finally Ends) program in Illinois. It's a 30-day inpatient treatment program. And the only one I know of it's kind that is geared specifically toward SI.
